Strength & Advanced Skills Class

The strength & advanced skills class is designed to focus on building the foundational strength and skills that will take you to the next level. While many of our CrossFit classes incorporate strength training and cycles, this class is designed to help you quickly see gains in your strength, expressed through essential lifts (e.g. deadlifts, squats, and presses), as well as fine tuning your advanced skills (Muscle-ups, Pistols, etc.). We highly recommend this for both new and seasoned athletes to supplement your WODs to quickly identify your 1 rep maxes and to develop/increase strength. Click here to see class times
